1. No Refund on Delivered Products

Once hens, chicks, or any poultry products are delivered, no refunds will be issued. Buyers are requested to verify the quality and quantity at the time of delivery.

2. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation and refund requests will not be accepted.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, you must inform us immediately at the time of delivery with proper proof (photos or videos). We will review the issue and may offer a replacement if valid.

4. Advance Payments

Any advance payment made for booking or orders is non-refundable unless the order is canceled from our side.

5. Service-Based Refunds

For any service-related payments, refunds (if applicable) will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
